His background includes working with multi-million-dollar organizations, where he has honed his skills in cash flow forecasting, budget planning, productivity analysis, and stakeholder engagement. As a longtime member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), James possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in financial and operational management across various industries.

In addition to his professional consulting work, James has served as a board member for the largest soccer non-profit organization in Washington, DC, where he volunteered his financial expertise and strategic insights to support the organization's mission and long-term sustainability. His leadership in both the private and non-profit sectors underscores his dedication to financial excellence and community impact.
